Our mission is to empower individuals to overcome addiction and mental health challenges through compassionate, culturally inclusive, and accessible care. Through personalised support, supported accommodation, and community education, we foster the resilience needed for true independent living. Our goal is to ensure that everyone, especially within ethnic minority communities, has the opportunity to heal, recover, and transition into a self-sufficient and fulfilling future.

At the core of The Awakening Rehab C.I.C. is a deeply personal journey of resilience and transformation. Our founder’s own 22-year battle with multiple addictions provided a firsthand understanding of the devastating effects of substance abuse and the systemic barriers to recovery. Having successfully navigated that path, he dedicated his life to ensuring others can break free from addiction and rebuild their lives with dignity and purpose. This lived experience fuels our mission, shaping a program that is compassionate, holistic, and culturally inclusive. We believe that recovery is more than just an initial step; it is about healing the mind, restoring self-worth, and providing the long-term, grassroots support necessary for lasting change

Our strategic vision is centred on the concept of sustainable empowerment.
